Branson Air Show 2025

What an incredible weekend at the Branson Air Show! I had the opportunity to work with the Civil Air Patrol as they showcased their high-end drones—one valued at more than $35,000. With more than 15,000 tickets sold each day over the three-day Labor Day weekend, the event was full of energy and excitement.

From the crowd to the aircraft, I captured moments that highlighted the spirit of the show. Thanks to a photo pit pass, I was able to step beyond the general attendee areas for a closer view of the action, including breathtaking performances by the Blue Angels, who headlined with stunts at speeds topping 400 miles per hour.

The experience also reminded me just how valuable the right gear is—I’m already thinking about upgrading my telephoto lens to get even closer to the high-flying action in the future.
